What if I don't need a refresh session at my scheduled time?
If a scheduling conflict arises, don’t worry!
You can roll your time over to your next session for a longer appointment or reschedule, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’re here to accommodate your needs while helping you stay accountable to your goals, making your experience with us seamless and stress-free.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your membership.
You can cancel at any time, and services will be provided equal to the amount paid, ensuring you don’t lose your investment. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I join the membership if I live outside your service area?
Absolutely! Yes, we can still service your account under the membership, even if you live outside our service area. While travel fees may apply, rest assured that you’ll still enjoy the full benefits of our membership.
