Making Decisions! The One Sentence You Should Use with Caution

You are here:

Clutter accumulation is nothing more than the result of decisions that have NOT been made YET!

Do any of these scenarios sound familiar?
a.) You don’t know what to do with it, so you leave it “there” for now.
b.) You are too busy and you can’t address it right now, so you set it aside on a table, for now!

c.) You haven’t used it in over 5 years but you think you’ll need it “someday”, so it sits in the “black hole”, as so many people fondly call their garage. 🙂

d.) or your aunt Bertha gifted it to you, you don’t like it, out of guilt you hold onto it. Where does it go? In the garage, the bedroom corner, somewhere in the closet, “For now”!

After a while it becomes part of your space until you can’t ignore it anymore…..you’ve postponed so many decisions that the room or hall has become a catch-all, a magnet that attracts more clutter.

So how did the clutter magically appear? You’ll be happy to hear, it was just decisions that you postponed for one reason or another.
