What does my Maintenance Membership include?
Your membership includes consistent donation removals, providing you with the convenience of regular decluttering.
Additionally, you’ll enjoy a 10% special savings on new projects, allowing you to save on other spaces that are overwhelming.
Plus, we waive shopping fees, ensuring that you receive maximum value and convenience from your membership.
How long is the commitment?
The commitment for our maintenance program is 12 months, offering you the advantage of special pricing and exclusive benefits. By committing to a year-long membership, you’ll not only enjoy cost savings but also unlock additional perks tailored to make your journey to a clutter-free home even more rewarding.
What if I don't need a refresh session at my scheduled time?
If you find that you don’t need service at your scheduled time or need to move the date, don’t worry!
Your time can be rolled over to the following month for a larger session or rescheduled, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to accommodate your needs to ensure your experience with us is as seamless and convenient as possible.
What if I need to cancel?
If you find that you need to cancel your membership, we understand.
While we’d hate to see you go, we want to make the process as simple as possible. You can cancel your membership at any time, though please note that a cancellation fee will apply. (services will be performed equal to the amount paid on the account so you don’t loose your investment plus $150)
We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction, so if you have any concerns or questions about the cancellation process, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
Can I join the membership if I live outside your service area?
Absolutely! Yes, we can still service your account under the membership, even if you live outside our service area. While travel fees may apply, rest assured that you’ll still enjoy the full benefits of our membership. Despite the distance, our commitment to helping you achieve organization bliss remains unwavering.
